RESOLUTION NO. 7938
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING .CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY IN SAID CITY FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE EXISTING CUL DE SAC
ON CASSELMAN STREET, EAST OF FIFTH AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that that certain grant of real property, made
by grant deed, executed by Carl Richard Salatino and Eleanor
Marie Salatino
dated the 22nd day of October , 19 ~5 , a copy of which
is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same
as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted
and dedicated to the public use for street and highway purposes by
the City of Chula Vistao
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby
officially named CASSELMAN STREET
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista bea and she is hereby authorized to record said
grant deed in the office of the San Diego County Recorders

Dedication of Right of Way
Those portions of Lot 14 of 1/4 Section 150 of Chula Vista, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
No. 505, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, March 13, 1888, described as follows:
Parcel l:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 14, distant
thereon 455.00 feet Westerly from the northeasterly corner thereof;
thence South 18°35'30" East parallel with the Easterly line of said
Lot 14, as shown on Record of Survey No. 850, records of said County,
a distance of 287.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the Northerly
line of the Southerly 43.00 feet of said Lot 14; thence South 71°23'00"
West along said Northerly line, a distance of 45.00 feet to a point
on the present right of way line of Casselman Street and THE TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING: Thence continuing South 71°23'00" West on said right of
way line a distance of 7.96 feet; thence leaving said right of way line,
North 28°54'06" East, a distance of 10.79 feet; thence South 18°35'30"
East, parallel with the Easterly lot line of said Lot 14, a distance of
7.29 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 14, distant
thereon 455.00 feet Westerly from the Northeasterly corner of Lot 14;
thence South 18°35'30" East, parallel with the Easterly line of Lot 14
as shown on said Record of Survey No. 850, a distance of 277 feet more
or less, to a point on the Northerly line of the Southerly 53.00 feet
of said Lot 14, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence North 18°35'30"
West along said parallel line a distance of 1.13 feet to a point on the
arc of a non-tangent curve, concave southerly, having a radius of
37.00 feet and whose center bears South 14°07'44" West from said point;
thence Westerly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 68°18'22", a distance of 44.11 feet to a point on said Northerly
