DATED _~ ity C1Prk fem. ~~y~ AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATIVE rSAPPING PROJECT IN AND AROUND CHULA VISTA THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 14 thday of Oc t• , 1975, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, hereinafter referred to as County, and the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, hereinafter referred to as City. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the County has a continuing topographic mapping program for 200 scale topographic maps of selected areas of the County; and WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain duplicate mylar sheets of two existing and eight proposed orthophoto composite maps, in and/or around Chula Vista; and a WHEREAS, the City is prepared to pay the total cost for preparing the mylar duplicates of said two existing maps and 50% of the cost of preparing eight pro- posed maps; and WHEREAS, the County is prepared to schedule the said map preparation for Fiscal Year 1975-76 under said cost sharing arrangement; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN COUNTY AND CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. County shall prepare and furnish to City by July 1, 1976: a) Duplicate mylar sheets of two (2) existing orthophoto composite maps consisting of an orthophoto base, contour overlay and orthophoto-contour coc~posite map with names overlay at $_100 each for units 4, & 9, as shown on Exhibit A. 7 y~- s, -2- b) Duplicate mylar sheets of eight (8) orthophoto maps consisting of an orthophoto base, contour overlay and orthophoto contour composite map with names overlay to be prepared during Fiscal Year 1975-76 at $750 each for units 1,2,3,5,6,7,8, and 10 as shown on Exhibit A. 2. City will pay to County $6200 by July 30, 1976 to cover 100% of the the cost of the two duplicate mylar sheets described in paragraph la) above and 50% of the cost of the preparation of the eight orthophoto maps described in paragraphs ib) above.
