RUSSO, FRANK ANTHONY AND JUNE AGNES RUSSO FOR SEWER PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain grants of easement for sewer purposes, executed by Herbert A. and Mary E. Schoenfeld, Harvey A. and Maydean O. Haugen, Anthony L. and Mary C. Russo, and Frank Anthony and June Agnes Russo copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for sewer purposes.
