RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ELECTING TO PROCEED UNDER THE PROVISIODIS OF
THE STREET VACATION ACT OF 1941, DECLARING THE
ItdTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA TO VACATE A PUBLIC ALLEY SOUTH OF "F" STREET,
EAST OF SECOPID AVENUE, AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING THEREOtd
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has
determined that the public interest and convenience of said City
requires the vacation of the public alley south of "F" Street,
east of Second Avenue,
27OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention
of the City Council to order the vacation of the public alley
south of "F" Street, east of Second Avenue, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
elects to proceed in making said vacation under the provisions of
the Street Vacation Act of 1941, and hereby fixes Tuesday, the
13th day of D?ay, 1975, at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California as the time
and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to
the proposed vacation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to cause a copy of
this resolution to be published once in the Chula Vista Star News,
a newspaper of general circulation, and to cause notices of the
passage of this resolution to be posted in the manner and form
required by law.

The Easterly 15 feet of the Westerly 145 feet of Lot 17 of Quarter
Section 124, according to Map No. 505, Recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, March 13, 1888.
Reserving therefrom the following easements:

Reserving and excepting from vacation or abandonment, easements and
rights to San Diego Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, pursuant
to any existing franchise or renewals thereof, or otherwise, at any

remove, renew or enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires,
poles or other structures, equipment and fixtures for the operation

Together with the right to enter upon and to pass and repass over
and along said easement and right-of-way and to deposit tools,
implements and other materials thereon by said City of Chula Vista,
