Vista City Library

ITEM EXPLANATION
The Library Architect recommends the following changes to the Chula
Vista Library Construction Contract:

Change Order No. 1 is for the deletion of two concrete storm drain clean
outs. Change Order No. 4 is for additional demolition and removal from
the Library site of buried concrete, structures, slabs, septic tanks
and a steel storage tank. These items were not shown or indicated on
the topographic map; thus, they were not made part of the original
contract. This additional removal required 54 additional truck and
loader hours valued at $2,713.
