ITEM TITLE: Resolution #825Fr Setting Public Hearing Concerning the Adoption
of a Moratorium on a 450 Acre Portion of E1 Rancho del Rey

ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council at their Council Conference meeting of June 29, 1976
directed that a public hearing be scheduled for the purpose of considering
the imposition of a moratorium on the 450 acres of E1 Rancho del Rey,
previously known as Plaza del Rey.
This hearing is scheduled to afford all persons interested in the
imposition of said moratorium to come forth and indicated to the City
Council their concerns regarding the subject property. This resolution
is offered for the purpose of setting a date for such hearing.
