Proposal forms were mailed to two vendors, LFE/Traffic Control Division and Econolite. LFE/Traffic Control Division submitted a bid of $9081.00 each. Econolite did not respond. The controller bid meets specifications and is acceptable to the Director of Public Works. Funds required for the purchase, including sales tax, are $19,251.72. Budget estimate was $12,000 each.
